Creating Beauty & Accessibility: Amy Pohl’s, Famous Influencer, Bespoke LoftRobe Installation

At LoftRobe, we believe that beautiful design should be for everyone—no compromises, no limitations. So when Amy Pohl, a much-loved influencer and disability advocate, reached out to us with a request for a wardrobe that was not only stylish but completely accessible from her wheelchair, we were all in.
Amy asked us for a wardrobe with a “WOW factor”—but it was equally important that it worked for her and with her. She wanted the independence of choosing and reaching her clothes without relying on help. And that’s exactly what we gave her.
💡 What We Built for Amy
We installed a LoftRobe ceiling-stored wardrobe unit, custom-set to a lowered height—just above the floor—so Amy could reach it easily while seated in her wheelchair. At the press of a button, the wardrobe lowers from the ceiling and then disappears again, freeing her floor space.
It’s smart, space-saving, and most importantly—fully empowering.
